While I do love twinks, there's something quite off about My Gay Boss. It has all the makings of a superb site from videos to images but the thought of twinks playing boss requires a stretch of the imagination. And this is not a burger joint manager type of thing, what we have here are actual office set ups. Sorta like that other site only this has lean and mean twinks and less of the muscular types. If you focus on the content and the hardcore scenes, you get used to the idea and learn to love and embrace the concept wholeheartedly.

Packaged with other twink sites in the Phoenixxx network, My Gay Boss' home page is also home to its brother site, My Husband Is Gay. A few pokes here and there, you will also find that there are more bonus sites in the form of the Gay Life Network and Boycrush.

The wealth of bonus material is much welcomed but at the same time can be quite confusing. To specifically get what you came to see, you'd have to filter content according to the site or click on the models index. These are a very attractive lot. From exclusively showing twinks, I noticed that more recent updates are slowly introducing (slightly) older guys complete with facial hair and a few bulging muscles.

Currently, My Gay Boss has over 20 videos available. Updated regularly, content alternates between solo scenes/interviews and hardcore clips. Subscribers have a number of options for viewing the movies.

The network's strongest point is they have a number of options available for downloading or streaming the videos. Their onsite player offers three choices for viewing . I'm not a big fan of streaming videos because most take an awful long time to load. With My Gay Boss however, the videos play seamlessly and don't suffer any loss in quality even when viewed in full. As for downloads, the videos are also in different formats and resolutions. The medium resolution is fantastic enough but if you want to go for the whole shebang, the ultra HD format is the best option and the MP4s for your mobile.

The sex here is a mixture of both good and average. One clip somewhat annoyed me though. I am not sure if Ryan Conners has dark crimson lips or if the make-up department went overboard. Anyways, the thing is, the clips do not offer anything new; it's all vanilla twink-sex with office settings serving as the backdrop.

I am not complaining, really. My Gay Boss has the makings of a great site – only it needs to add more content and get serious with the boss-employee fantasy.
