Just when I thought that I've seen all there is to see, here comes Masters of Muscle. The world wide web is indeed a strange place. With all the shrieking Edward Cullen fans, the internetz just got a tad crazier and stranger.

Taking muscle worship to the extreme, the site is for folks who aren't merely satisfied with He-Man and Arnold Schwarzeneger (circa Mr. Universe) muscles. Featuring a number of very ingenious graphic artists, the muscles on the photo and art subjects here have been morphed to outrageous proportions. To give you a further idea, think Japanese artist Gengoroh Tagame's body of work but throw out all symmetry and the delicious hardcore. Thus, Masters of Muscle could mean two things. It could connote the subject matter or the expert hands that work on these illustrations.

Content is divided into several categories or galleries. There are nude drawings and then there are images with explicit nudity. They can be sorted through a specific artist folder or you can browse them by type of content. I have to admit that the bulging muscles are scary but you have to admire the amount of work that these artists have put into these 3D renderings.

There's also a section with photos of real men but those aren't original and aren't exclusive to the site. Even so, Masters of Muscle makes up for the non-original pictures by putting together a selection of rare photos some dating back to the roaring sixties.

There's also space or a folder provided for members where they can save their favourite artwork/images from the site. When subscription expires, they can renew their membership and still see their folder intact. Apparently, the site is devoted to the serious (morphed) muscle fan and I am sure Dr. Frank N. Furter would find this agreeable.

To be honest however, if this is not your cup of tea; Masters of Muscle might bore you like a long drawn out sermon.
