Black Breeders has been around for only a year but despite its youth, it already gained much attention. Just recently, the site was nominated for the best Black Website category at the Blatino awards.

Checking out the tour page though, I wondered what the fuss is about. It's still your standard gay hardcore except this shifts the focus on ebony studs. Then it hit me – this site is the answer to all the accusations that gay porn is whitewashed.

Okay, I won't delve deep into these issues but you have to pat Black Breeders on the back for their efforts. Throwing out the old notion that black men are mostly rough and tough thug types (though you still get that here), we see the beautiful muscular ebony guys exploring the full spectrum of hardcore condom free-sex.

On one end, you have your sweet one on one sex and on the other end are the orgies and extreme fetishes such as bondage and ATMs. There are over 20 pages of videos to explore and none of them are ever dull. Even the clips featuring one on one sex are far above the standard as the performers can put professional gymnasts to shame with their contortions and such.

Site content is thrown into four categories and as consistent with the site's premise, it does not follow the standard and has funky cool headings such as Street Breeders, Pure Breeders, Master Breeders and The Funk Vault. The first two contains amateur performers and audition clips, the third has the feature films taken from master studio (the Forbidden Funk) and the fourth has a number of jaw dropping leather and interracial scenes.

The sidebar also has a short list of models that appear on the site and below it are links to the main studio and model application. I like that despite their main thrust is on bareback and leather, the studio does not shy away from its responsibilities and has a set of FAQs dedicated to personal safety.

Do note however that Black Breeders is purely a video streaming site. Available in full length FLVs, the vids aren't in HD but the player renders them quite well. They might take some time to fully download but the experience of watching the movie's entire length is rewarding. Not being able to download the clips can be a bummer but if you enjoy the movies enough, the site's logic is that you might want to purchase the DVDs.

Overall, Black Breeders offers a unique approach to experiencing gay ebony hardcore. After viewing a number of clips, I quickly discerned why the site is becoming a favorite even without any videos to download.
